Product Returns & Exchanges
Exchange Policy:
In the event that you have received a product that you wish to exchange for another similarly priced software product, you may contact either your Pitney Bowes MapInfo Sales Representative/Reseller or Pitney Bowes MapInfo Customer Service within 30 days to request an exchange of your software product. Pitney Bowes MapInfo will consider exchange requests made after 30 days on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy:
Pitney Bowes MapInfo stands behind the quality of our software products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your software purchase, you may return the product to your place of purchase within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges.
Returns over 30 days are only accepted in the event of extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case by case basis and if accepted are subjected to a restocking fee to be agreed upon prior to acceptance of the software or data product.
This Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy does not apply to any data products, or to custom processed software and/or data or Intranet/Internet solutions. These products and services are developed under custom or solution-specific contracts and are governed by the terms of the contract agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Return Procedure:
In order to return your MapInfo software product directly to Pitney Bowes MapInfo, you must contact your regional Pitney Bowes MapInfo Customer Service department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive an RMA number, you must clearly mark the number on the outside of all packages being returned.
Return all copies of the software and accompanying documentation after destroying all backups and copies of documentation to your original place of purchase. Your refund will be processed upon return of the software and will be for the purchase price less any shipping or applicable restocking fees.
